If approved, the supermarket will specialize in general food sales, focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables, plus healthy groceries. This will certainly be convenient for folks thinking of picnicking at Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park or looking for a quick refreshment after a day hike on one of the park’s winding trails.
Additional pending public records indicate that there may also be a selection of beer, wine and liquor through a Type 21 ABC license. Owners of this new market have been contacted, but have not returned What Now San Francisco’s requests for comment at the time of publication.
Would that be healthy beer, wine and liquor? Sounds like a recipe for late night rowdies, hold ups, litter, noise and squealing tires in our neighborhood to me. Great, even more traffic at that intersection. When we moved here there was a supermarket where the retirement home is now and they went belly up. The folks at the retirement home will just love this going on outside their door. This is a bad idea for our neighborhood.
