The owner of this project is connected to Food Rocket, a grocery delivery startup that has proven itself as a strong contender against GoPuff, Instacart, DoorDash, and Amazon Fresh. This new project is intended to be a small, local grocery and convenience store selling all your grocery needs and pre-made meals.

That said, much of their plans are very much under wraps while paperwork with the city is still being worked out. The project is so up in the air at the moment that the store doesn’t even have a name yet. Until then, we will be keeping an eye on this location for further developments.
