The Bay Area-based chain plans to open its fourth location at Stanford Shopping Center — joining restaurants like California Pizza Kitchen, Tender Greens, and True Food Kitchen.
Co-owner Ajay Raj Khadka shares that the menu will offer a fusion of Indian and American cuisine — ranging from classic dishes like biryani to fusion plates like tikka masala pizza.
While the name of the upcoming eatery is still undecided, the location is confirmed for 18709 Arnold Drive — an address previously belonging to Delicious Dish.
